"I’ve been visiting Tuscaloosa a few times a year since 2018 to visit my kids in school. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed! It is an adorable old house that has been beautifully updated. Everything is top notch . . . High end linens and furnishings, comfortable king beds, beautiful bathrooms, big stocked kitchen with adorable coffee bar. The front and back porches are delightful. We walked to dinner, shops, bakery, and Mark’s mart. The host is super kind and helpful when needed....

"We were searching for a nice setting to spend an extended weekend with our UA student. I wanted to be able to cook his favorite meal and relax on a couch afterwards to watch some favorite movies. "This house and location were everything we could want for a Thanksgiving family gathering. The firepit was central to our evening storytelling and the owners were thoughtful enough to provide "outside" blankets for us. Despite the cold temperatures, my sister and I went kayaking - sure wish the app would let me post those photos! "Overall, really enjoyed this stay! It was clean and exactly as the pictures display. The host was very accommodating and replies within a reasonable time. Only took off 1 star because the bathrooms didn’t have wash cloths. There were plenty of bath towels and hand towels. I’m sure if I sent the host a message he would have fixed it right away. We were only staying one night so we decided to just make do with what we had. Highly recommend this place. "
