"The staff here are amazing. So nice and helpful. The location is good also. The convenience of the parking garage to proximity of rooms was also on point. My disappointment was in the room itself. The building is old I understand, however things need work. The air conditioner was very loud and the vents blew the air directly into the bed next to it. The rest of the room was warmer and uncomfortable. The wall paper in the baths need seeing to, it's peeling off. Better quality sheets are also needed. I won't stay here again but it's only because of the physical building is in need of an update. Can't brag on your staff enough. Great people!"

"Getting around back to the parking was a bit confusing at first but worked out just fine. Had a problem with the door lock on one of the rooms and had to text back and forth when a quick phone call would have been easier. overall though, the units were as described, very clean and worked well for our group of 8 guys."
