"We had a room booked and so did my in laws and we asked how we could have rooms next to each other on the ground floor. We were given instructions to call that morning so we did. We were assured we were good to go. When we arrived the rooms were not next to each other and in opposite floors. To get us next to each other we had to go to the third floor. The room was not swept or floors cleaned in anyway and we found trash from the previous person. The fridge was also dirty and would not get cold. The towel rack next to the sink kept falling off the wall!!"

Not secure Bathroom door does not close Refrigerator broken Terrible experience and Expedia would not assist to my likely This hotel was unfit for renter and should NOT be a recommended stay by Expedia. Not as advertised or represented"
