Bed and Breakfast in Gardendale

"It was a busy weekend and there was only 1 elevator working. Sometimes had to wait 15 minutes to get on. My stay was for 4 days and they only cleaned by room once. We went for breakfast in the restaurant they were out of syrup for 3 days, no pancakes. Not a good experience. The hall ways were not kept clean. "

"Without being completely rude, I would look elsewhere for other options. I do think the linens were clean."

"The lobby is beautiful. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful updated bathroom. "

"The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. Gave us a ground floor room. The bathroom was clean. The room was ok. Lamps were either dirty or just old. Not sure which. TV was hard to figure out, but a lot of channels. Beds were comfortable. The price was great!!! Plus they have a 1 pet for free policy, that was great. Most hotels charge $50 up. Went to front desk at 6:15am expecting coffee. I knew there was no breakfast, that was fine. No coffee either!! Just an empty space where it usually sits. "

"Need to install the locks back on the doors. I didn’t even lay down sit up all night did not feel safe"
