The property is located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and our venue. We will book again and would recommend this property."

"Hidden gem in downtown Tuscaloosa! First, it’s in a great location. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere downtown. Everything is exactly as described and they have decorated beautifully. It’s set up perfect for a short stay with plenty of towels and many little things that most units these days do not have. The communication is outstanding and I would highly recommend staying here!"

John/host is easy to work with and responsive. Note: quiet floor but did hear bar band one of three nights night til ~1:00a.m. But it was grad weekend event."

"We stayed here for parents' weekend for our daughter's sorority. All of the events were walkable from the condo, so we didn't have to worry about finding parking or paying for an Uber. We were in walking distance to several fast casual restaurants and Publix. Of course, being in the center of the action comes with lots of noise. It didn't bother us at all, and at night, I just put in ear plugs and played my white noise app and didn't hear a thing. We slept great. The place was very clean,...

"This place was perfect for Bama football. You can see the stadium from the building windows, yet it is not crazy noisy for nighttime sleep. Relaxing space to sit, watch more college football with drinks and snacks after a long day of tailgating and walking. Beds comfortable, showers great. An A+ rental."

"We came to town to attend a Bama baseball game. The location was great. We were able to walk to the baseball field. The property was easy to get in and out of, clean, and there were lots of “supplies” most rentals don’t provide. The management company responded quickly to my questions. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and talking. Next time we come to T-town we definitely will try to stay here again."

"The owners have really gone above and beyond with the full hummingbird feeders that brought many hummingbirds to keep us entertained. Everything was very clean and they really helped us out providing charcoal and other amenities that I forgot. There are lots of fish to catch. We probably enjoyed our time on the pier the most. 5 stars. Excellent. Thank you!"
