"Love this place. Real heated pool that is amazing and I love the front desk staff. Will be back again and try to stay here again. "

"I liked the location of the hotel near all tourist attractions like Balboa Park, San Diego zoo, Little Italy and more. The rooms were cleaned and had a nice view of the marina. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good too. The cons; the hotel was booked due to convention's, checking took long, valet took long to have your car ready, there was lines to get in the elevators and stopped at multiple floors, with kids that was very difficult since they have no patience. "

"My stay here was amazing the staff was nice and attentive, room was clean with an amazing view. Next time we will stay on the marina side although the bay view was peaceful and beautiful I believe it’s more restaurants to choose from. I definitely plan to stay here again!"

"This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time was great. We had a nice room, and everything worked out great. This time we got a terrible room on the 1st floor right across the hall from a meeting room -- where a very loud meeting began at about 7:30am. It was really nice to have a refrigerator, but there was a lip in the cabinet the refrigerator was in that prevented the door from opening and closing properly unless you lifted the whole thing up, and over the lip. The first night I didn't realize the door wasn't shut all the way, and we had a huge puddle in the cabinet to clean up with our few towels. They also don't make up the room each day, and will only provide fresh towels on request. I should have requested a different room, but was too tired to go the trouble."
