"The property was very nice and clean. The pool area was nice. They need a larger hot tub. "
"The New York West restaurant was wonderful. We spent our $25 credit every day there. Jeopardy on Thursdays is Jeopardy night. Our gang of 10 loved it.
The area around buffet and bar reeked of vomit daily. They mopped with a dirty mop. Ugh. Our only complaint. The hotel was beyond expectations. "
"Hotel room was great. Room was renovated and large with full kitchen and bathroom. Hotel is conveniently located near zoo and balboa gardens. But the area around the hotel is not the best - many homeless people and some of them appeared high. Do not recommend walking but great for taking an Uber to the zoo and gardens."
"The remodeling is beautiful, however our room had a water leak at the top of toilet. I waa there for 1 night, it was reported when i checked our but there was no incentive offered or apology. Perhaps a discount from the 1 night stay or credit for future booking. "
