"Seamless check in plus we got two free mai tais! The room was clean and more than adequate. The property is prime location on the beach with a great view of the sunset from the bar. We only used the hotel for a partial day between mandatory condo check out and a late night flight. The staff were helpful in every respect."

"I had booked and paid for a room with a partial ocean view. When I checked-in they said all they had were 3 rooms at the end of the hallways on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. I took the one on the 2nd floor but it had no table and no chairs, just a bed. I went to the front desk and said I should be given the room In reserved and paid for. She gave me a different room on the 5th floor with a majestic "partial view of the ocean" and the room had a table and 2 chairs (what I had booked through Travelocity.com). I was very happy with the 2nd room. Everything was fine after that."

"It was perfect little room right on the ocean. Only complaint was there was no TV, but it wasn't necessary. It just perfect for a night in Kona and to be near everything. Pool is right on the ocean and you can listen to the ocean all night long. Gorgeous view. Just the getaway I was looking for. "
