"It’s a clean hotel 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. But rooms are quite cramped. The hallway is not wide enough to open a large (30 in) suitcase. It’s ok for a short business trip and just a small (26 in) suitcase, but probably too small if you are staying longer and do lots of shopping (I.e it won’t work if you are a couple traveling with two large suitcases per person)"

"The hotel is a great location. Bus from airport stops only 1 block from hotel. Beware the shower area includes a Japanese style. Have to work out the shower in the bathtub. Only bbc news English Channel. There is a Macas and a English pub nearby for cheap eats."

"The hotel is in a great location if you’re interested in a bit of night life. But for everything else I would skip it. The rooms are very small, not very clean and feel quite dated. The elevators get filled up during check out and could take 30mins before you can escape (no stairs). Unless you really NEED to stay here, don’t."

"Hotel was very conveniently close to the main Shinjuku train terminal which meant hoping on local or main subway lines was fast and convenient. Hotel room was spacious with a nice shower and bath. My two biggest gripes about the hotel are the lack of Gym and no room service. I guess because there are a million options at your front door it doesn’t make much sense to offer that room service but as I fell ill for a few days I really didn’t want to get out of bed and track down food. Regarding the GYM they mentioned a nearby gym where you can buy daily or weekly passes. Sorry but the notion I should have to pay for a separate package and leave the hotel to go exercise is sad. Especially with the traffic this hotel is dealing with."
