Our stay was amazing, everything was remarkably clean, and the staff was very helpful and polite. The restaurant food was also great, and the buffet breakfast was always well-maintained and refreshed quickly. I personally appreciated the zone where the hotel is located; some areas of Tokyo are way more congested and loud. This part is very calm and peaceful. Something I also enjoyed about this hotel is that it has a Family Mart(Convinience store) inside the hotel, and it's open 24/7.
