Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area. MIMARU Tokyo Shinjuku West
We had two rooms and they were both very good. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here on our next trip to Tokyo!
