Breakfast at the hotel is very expensive and overrated. Save yourself some time and money. Get a breakfast at 7/11 or any French bakery inside the train station. We enjoyed our stay at Koko hotel Residence. As the name implies we found everything we needed in the kitchenette. We had a great stay! The hotel was located in a convenient location close to lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and Shinjuku station. The room was surprisingly spacious for a group of four. The staff are friendly and very helpful!

Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area.
