"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of room for our suitcases. Located in a quieter part of Shimbashi, the hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable place to relax while still being very convenient. The underground access to nearby train stations, shops, and convenience stores was a big plus. The self-service laundry was also very convenient and a great feature. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and we would happily stay here again!"

Shinagawa Prince Hotel

"Over all it was a fine hotel; the room has more space than other ones even with two beds. The breakfast: the variety of food was overwhelmingly wide, so it was pricy. I would like everyone to make sure to charge the phone in the room: they do not let us use the outlet in the building unless you pay ¥1,400 for a cup of coffee in the cafe on the second floor. The lobby was very very crowded with groups of the guest, which is great for the hotel."

"The service was great! Our rooms where small but comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our time at The Knot. Although we didn’t have the breakfast buffet, we loved loved the bakery on the first floor. Smart! There is also a guy that welcomes us every morning, always with a smile, made us feel at home. It was a wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone."

"This hotel is in the perfect spot. There are a ton of things that is in a walkable distance and the metro isn’t far either. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was wonderful. Clean room, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast had a lot of options. The gym was small but equipment worked well. The staff are very helpful. One thing to note is if you do laundry and have a full load, it takes 2 hours to dry. Would definitely come back!"
