The check in took more than 25 minutes, unexpected fees were added, the room was spacious but had dust and human hair wads on the floor, the staff did not share about the hotel amenities or were not at all helpful when info on their onsite dining options were requested. The stay wasn’t worth the price despite the city views

This hotel is really close to 2 stations that connect to all system ( Hatchobori and Koyobashi ) it’s in the city of Chuo, close to Ginza center can be compared to Rodeo Drive but way spacious. The famous Tsukiji Seafood market can be reached by walking (about 20 minutes). The facility is very clean, staff are friendly and attentive. If you want to have a view from your room, you have to be on the 9th to 10th floor, otherwise you will be looking at the wall of the next building. They have no amenities like gym, restaurants or spa. Some restaurants and convenient stores are about 2 to 5 minute walk. They have washing machine in the room, induction stove, microwave and kitchen utensils.

Clean hotel, food restaurants nearby plus the subway is just around the corner. The customer service was out of this world . I’m really impressed with the attention to detail. It is our second time visiting a Monday hotel and it was as good or better than the first time.
