Excellent communication via the app. Able to ship our bags prior to our arrival and they held them after our check out….Very much appreciated!! Great location for Tokyo if you want to be closer to Ginza/ Tokyo station region Rooms are spacious and plenty of outlets for devices. Well stocked mini kitchen and very much appreciated the washing machine / dryer in room. Monday apart chain is a favorite of ours!!

Perfect stay. Nice looking from the outside, on a quiet street across from a small supermarket. Check in was quick and friendly with water and juice available. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Our teen and tween stayed comfortably in the bunk beds. Laundry detergent was available by the check in desk free of charge and the washer dryer in the room worked really well, way better than any I’ve seen before in Japan. Our clothes were actually dry at the end of the cycle which was so helpful! Our routes for all our sightseeing took us to Tsukiji station, the H/Hibaya line, which was a 5-6 min walk from the hotel along a nice clean route. We didn’t walk to Ginza because it was 20 min or so and we preferred the train instead. They cleaned on a schedule, on the 3rd day of our stay and did a full thorough cleaning but there was a trash can just outside and they collected used towels each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our room was a little too bright at night. We had to cover the window above the bed with towels, cover the air conditioner status light and the hall motion sensor.

Clean room, easy access, good location for transport links, washing machine and kitchen
