"The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. "Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. "We were very happy with this hotel, for the price it was excellent. We were upgraded to an apartment with separate bedroom. Large balcony overlooking pool and mountains. Very clean. Breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner ok and something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Especially Huseyin on front desk. Alcoholic drinks local, they cgarge extra for imported. Would definitely recommend."
