"Fantastic place to stay! The rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly and spoke great English. The breakfast buffet was the best part. Absolutely FANTASTIC food. Very close to the airport as well and had taxis out front whenever you needed a ride. Overall great experience and would definitely come back. "

"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "

"Room was clean although it’s old hotel. Normally I stay here in Tokyo because of convenience of transportation. This time, I had to request to change the room because of the smell of smoke coming into the room in the evening although it was on non-smoking floor."
