"Our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel was excellent!!! It is centrally located so very easy to get to the subway system and Shabuya scramble. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The workout facility and sauna area were very clean and they had good equipment. There is also a nice swimming pool that is long enough to swim laps in. The rooms themselves were really nice and the beds were SO comfortable, we had the best sleep. "Property is located in Tamachi and walkable from the Yamanote train which circles Tokyo. The area is a mixture of offices, residential buildings and restaurants as well as Japan’s convenience stores called Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 stores. The area is relatively quiet especially in the evening when workers have gone home. "
