"Their “breakfast” was make your own waffles w/ syrup, cereal with no milk, coffee and hot water with no tea bags. It’s in a sketchy part of town and I was by myself. Their staff kept entering my room when I wasn’t there and would reset the lock of the door so when I would get back I had to go and get my key reconfigured. When I brought up the fact that they were entering my room I was told that it was not true and that “no one can go in my room without permission” but they were which made me feel even less safe. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned well, hair on the shower walls rust in the toilet paper dispenser. Fridge and microwave smelled and looked disgusting. The rooms smelt horrible I had to change my room 3 times and when I settled for the last room because it smelled better than the rest the people next door decided to start smoking and my room smelled like the rest. Mind you all these rooms are “non smoking”. The beds are so uncomfortable."
