"My husband and I were very comfortable in this Davidson condo. The location was walking distance to town with it's restaurants, shops and Arts on the Green. Everything in the condo was in brand new condition and fully loaded with all that we needed for a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again! The host even checked in to see if we had everything that we needed! A+ hospitality!"

"We were in town for a graduation. The unit was beautiful and well-appointed with great views of the lake. The owners thoughtfully left staples to get us started (k-cups, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Highly recommend!"

"The owner has a beautiful property. We had our coffee on the patio with great views. The neighbors are wonderful! The accommodations were very nice. We had a pontoon ride in the neighboring town with a Captain to give us details about the area and Lake Norman. Davidson is a quaint town with restaurants and shops."

"We enjoyed everything about our stay with the exception of one thing. The property is clean and has most everything you need. The check in process was extremely simple. The only problem we had was with the mattress in the bedroom. It is way to thin and not comfortable in any way. This would have been a 5 star review had there been a mattress that doesn’t destroy your back and hips. I would also suggest that the parking be explained a bit better.
