This was the BEST hotel breakfast that I’ve had in the last 2 weeks. I’ve stayed in 4 hotels in 2 states and this was the best. All the hot food from the turkey sausage to the potatoes was well seasoned. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and we won’t ever stay anywhere else when we are in Charlotte. The staff there is beyond friendly, respectful, thoughtful and kind. Our room was clean and neat. The breakfast was outstanding and the bartender (I wish I had got her name) went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our drinks. I really can’t say enough good things about this location!!

Upon arrival it smelled amazing ! Walking into our room clean and exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Charlotte. Complimentary breakfast was also delish! Close to almost everything Thank you Hyatt for making our stay as comfortable as possible.
