I love this hotel because it's always quiet and it's right outside all of the Charlotte traffic and there is a Walmart nearby . The staff is always friendly and courteous

We chose this hotel over 4 other ones because of the outdoor pool. When we checked in, we were told pool was closed because it hadn’t been inspected. We were not notified by anyone about this. The weather was 94 degrees and higher. If I would of been notified, I would of stayed somewhere else.

I was in town for a medical emergency with my daughter. While making my reservation I inadvertently booked for Sunday Oct 13th versus Saturday October 12th. Expedia spoke to the agent on duty who stated that there was nothing that she could but the manager would be in on Monday. Given the circumstances I am requesting a voucher for a free night by Hampton as the room was not used and these were stressful circumstances.
