"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...
"Great for our family of 5, modern clean room, useful kitchenette and washing machine, good location close to lots of trains and easy to get around. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff at reception. Would happily stay here again!"
"Staff were very helpful and kind. The property was beautiful and had plenty of amenities and restaurants available. The garden on grounds are also breathtaking. "
"This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10."

"The breakfast was great with a nice variety of Japanese and western foods. The bed and blanket were so comfortable. The shower was big with great pressure. Most amazing are the toilets! "
"It’s my third stay with Prince. I have stayed Prince Sakura, Prince Main Tower and this time Prince Annex Tower. The staff, food and hospitality are great. I will recommend to my friends. "
