"This hotel had the best hospitality and full spa services at the onsen, which was absolutely the highlight! Reception staff were all super friendly and helpful. Shopping is right next door with lots of food options as well. Taking public transit also convenient as everything is connected indoors. The only complaint I had was with housekeeping staff, who couldn’t communicate well in either Japanese or English and showed up at the door despite us having notified front desk the night before that service wasn’t needed the next day. "

"The hotel is located in the middle of a lot of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very high above the city and the view is expansive. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was in the Western style. The bed was comfortable too. It was a great value for the money."
