"The shower was not clean. Black mildew in the grout. The AC was leaking and the floor and table was wet. They sent up a guy to fix it. They did not offer to change rooms but we were too tired anyway. I have 2 little girls and they were already asleep. There was loud construction. Other than that the resort was beautiful and convenient. The beach is a few steps away. The staff was so so nice. Room service was very fast. There were a lot of people. The hotel and pools are not gated so there were so many people. Side: There was an airline attendant that fell off - balcony and passed way."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was even better than the pictures. The space was clean and comfortable for our family of 9 to gather for 5 days. The beach was miles of beautiful ocean and sand just a few steps from the back door. The property had everything we needed from beach gear to kitchen and laundry supplies. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager with a tour and a delicious welcome basket. Exceptional home and property manager. It was hard to leave."

"The facility was great! All of my family members and I were very comfortable and the setting was wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility. I would recommend that VRBO make it more clear as to what the property damage insurance requirements are. I bought Insurance, but it wasn’t enough. I had to go back and cancel and increase the amount."
