The owners were very friendly and helpful and accommodating allowing me to use the sauna outside of operating hours as a Health and Fitness Professional.
The Motel was near a park which allowed me to run then quick plunge into the salt pool yes its cold but so beneficial to recovery for your body then sauna to follow.
Washing and drying facilities in the main building you need pay of course but great if you need your clothes laundered
