"Very nice property, newly renovated bathroom. Clean, older style kitchen area but clean and has a stove with oven. Everything we needed for a three night stay. Nice space and view of the river from patio doors. Easy walk to attractions. Busy street but quiets down at night. Would recommend!!"

Its in beautiful condition and an excellent presentation of the old charm of New Zealand not found in modern architecture . Cozy area for group meetings in the patio area and ample size kitchen for gatherings to prepare food . Love it . "
