room was clean an tidy, Service on check-in was quick and efficient. Although our room only had a small kitchenette (which we had chosen) it was well stocked with equipment. Would definitely stay at this location again

Great motel for a quick overnight stay with my young daughter during the school holidays. Nice comfy beds, pillows. Spacious room and kitchen facilities, plus a win win for my daughter as she could watch Netflix too!

We booked this last minute when we checked out of another awful hotel in Tongariro. This was blissful in comparison. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. A 20 minute walk down to the riverside, we found this charming artistic community just lovely. It is just off the main road, but traffic noise was definitely not an issue for us.

Good value. The booking via Expedia was confusing over the number of units versus the number of rooms/bedrooms in a unit. Apparently Burwood does not have units with an additional room for 2+1 adults

Our hotel room was very comfortable and surprisingly well equipped and furnished, including a very functional kitchen. Even laundry facilities were made available upon demand - though we didn’t take advantage of them.

Pleasant and central motel

Room recently refurbished- clean and tidy. No recycling system - everything had to go in rubbish bin. Need to depart out glass, plastics and cans to recycle as in other cities. Ants (small) were a nuisance.
