"This is a budget motel but t had everything I needed. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They allowed me to have my cat stay with me for the 4 nights I was there and that was a big plus for me. "Linen smelled musty/unclean and had stains on it. Pillows stank of stale body oils. We paid upfront, but didn't stay... It was a last resort as all hotels/motels had been booked out for Labour Party conference. "Well located in walking distance to town, the river walk, cafes, and if you are energetic walkers as we are then up the hill to Virginia Lake. The staff were lovely and accomodating.
