"The breakfast was fresh. The room was overall clean. They seriously need to clean or replace the couches. The couch I had was filthy under the the pillows. The staff when checking in was pleasant. One cleaning lady was very kind. The others were not. If you go during the winter season don’t expect the snow to be cleared in front of the hotel. The cleaning people were loads one morning. Woke me up before 8, with the noise in the hallway. This should be required! Maintenance could have shoveled and cleared the entrance. Honestly the breakfast should have been included. "

"Cosy, well appointed appartment, with good space and thoughtful details. Very comfortable bed in charming alcove. Good bathroom with novel lava decor - nice touch. Well equipped kitchen, good for self catering. Washer-dryer. Handy to eateries, supermarket, attractions. Hotel staff were helpful with logistics. Recommend highly!"

"Lovely hotel very centrally located within easy reach of Reykjavik’s shops, restaurants and sights/activities. Super comfy bed and top quality bedding. Although there are no cooked breakfast options, the quality of the continental breakfast and range of options on offer, is superb. The freshly baked bread was particularly good! As was the smoked salmon."
