"We loved the spectacular gondola ride and mountain views on the way to our room. Our room was sparkly clean, with plenty of towels and robes for use to the hot tub. The outdoor hot tub was extra nice, and everyone was very friendly."

"The Juniper Hotel was a lovely, convenient stay for our trip to Banff. The staff were great, the amenities were fantastic and the restaurant was delicious. My only two critiques are related to the room. The rooms overlooking the parking lot on the first floor need to have sheer curtains! The options are either to have the curtains open and everyone can see in (our room was right next to the door for the restaurant) or keep the curtains closed and never see daylight. The second critique is that the rooms had terrible lighting! There were small oil lamp-esque lights on the side tables and then one lamp in the corner plus an overhead light in the entryway of the room but it was never bright enough. Combine the low lighting with the fact that we had to keep our curtains closed so as to not flash the whole parking lot and it was just a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything really was lovely!"

"Great spot, right in town. Parked our car and did everything on foot. Roam busses to sights leave from right across the street. Roof hot tubs a delight after hard hiking. Comfy lovely rooms."
