They held our baggage for us until our departure flight, even though it was after check out. They also let us check in early when we arrived. "The BW hotel is in a great location. It's near the water and you can walk to tons of restaurants/tourist landmarks, etc. The rooms were spacious, the TV was large, beds were firm and not lumpy like other places and I liked the free water. I don't know why the fridge and/or microwave is not just in your room. They made staff drag it to various rooms upon request. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service was good. Unfortunately, we did not get a room upgrade with the VIP benefit but I appreciate the resort fee being waived (although, I wouldn't say this was a resort)...and the rating should be a 4 instead of a 4.5 on Expedia. We were also on the first floor so beware that you may hear people walking/talking around late at night because there is a path to the water so you will hear that."
