"There was a bit of confusion when looking for the hotel shuttle at the airport, we needed Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan and not Hilton Boston Logan...but the staff and shuttle drivers were both all very nice and accommodating getting us to the correct hotel. Once there, I would have to say I particularly liked our waitress in the restaurant. She was great."
