"Our stay was great, staff were very friendly and of good assistance. Your parking area is too far from the rooms especially when it is loadshedding. The past 2 days of our stay the water in our room was cold and we reported that to the manager during checkout, she apologies and requested us to report any problems as soon as we encounter the problem.
