I previously stayed at this hotel in 2019. Then, as now, the hotel staff made our stay memorable. They were/are warm and friendly, and very helpful. While the hotel has had a facelift, it is the people who make a stay memorable or not. …

Protea Hotel Wanderers 👍

Business trip - very good and efficient check- in. Staff wouldn’t do enough to assist, whether ay my request or just by offering in public areas.

I loved the propery, but the customer service was excellent. I am sorry that I cannot remember the young woman's name, but she went above and beyond to assist with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling back to South Africa from the USA.

Very compact room. Meals and beverages of poor quality. Good location. Reception area plays constant background music so meetings are really impossible to conduct and if your room is close to the area (ours was) background noise is annoying. Good parking and lovely grounds.
