Connected to the airport so no need for a taxi. The room was spacious and offered a good choice of amenities. I loved the window and view. No noise. 😊

Great value for the experience, with dinosaur robots at reception for check in, views over the bay, everything you need in the room and a little extra (like a foot massage machine), and of course the bath house! It’s also an easy walk about 5-10min from Rinku Town station, and about 10-15min to the outlet shops.

Very modern take on the Japanese business hotel. Bed very comfortable. Staff at reception gave great suggestion on dining options. The udon restaurant 3mins walk away was wonderful

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and had everything I needed. The public bath was an added bonus. A great location when you have to be at Kansai Airport for an early morning flight.

Stylish hotel in the heart of Wakayama City, only minutes walk from restaurants and the famous Wakayama Castle. There's a 24 hour convenience store outside the front door which is handy. Some great ramen & Okonomiyaki restaurants nearby too, especially Wadada (Kaya) and Koutarou Ramen. We traveled as a family of 4 and the triple room was great, clean, modern and spacious enough for us.

The hotel is right next door to JR Wakayama Station. It is a well maintained older style hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a good breakfast with lots of Japanese selections and enough Western dishes. The highlight of our stay was the friendly helpful reception desk staff who went out of their way to help us arrange our sightseeing of Koyasan and Wakayama. I recommend this hotel to anyone venturing to Wakayama.

Lovely hotel with great amenities including a rooftop spa

They picked us up (free shuttle) from the airport after a very long flight, which was amazing - we landed pretty late and I was grateful for not having to figure out how to get to the accomodation. The instructions to get to the bus were pretty clear! Beds were very comfi and the stay was quiet! Konbini within the same building was great. Rinku town station was 2 mins away, with straight connections to Namba. Staff were very kind and helpful! Loved the stay

It is close to Kansai Airport. The carbonated spring bath is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a busy trip. The Welcome drinks every evening is a great way to end your day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel
