"The biggest challenge was navigating Osaka's metro to arrive at the hotel. But once, we arrived, the stay was very enjoyable and from there, it was very easy to reach KIX. "Very easy to board the Tama Den Cat train. You need to go to the JR entrance and tell them that you want to go to Platform 9. The bus to the castle is right in front of the hotel. "The space was way larger than we expected. The place was beautiful and so clean. Pretty close to two different train stations which was fantastic. The host left instructions on how to use the bath (pre-fill option was great) and other tips for the city. Nice quiet neighborhood and a vending machine right across the street was super useful too! 10/10 would stay again."

"We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)"

"Very near to convenient store which was a good thing. But as it was winter time, the area was quite cold which we chose not to have BBQ dinner. Also, the view for sunset was blocked by nearby buildings which was a bit disappointing. And the room we stayed had a smoking odour which was a bit unpleasant.
