"This is a really nice hotel. It’s quite compact and doesn’t have a very big foyer but the rooms are really modern, simple and well maintained. Highlight for us was the 14th floor sky bar which has a fabulous view of the Skytree. When we were staying, there wasn’t a bar open but the staff left free sake and tea for the guests every night there, there was also free soba noodles each night and a flute soloist playing every Monday night. We thought this really went above and beyond for the guests. Really detailed check in and very knowledgeable staff too. Great location too, Okachimachi is right between Akihabara and Ueno there’s a metro station right outside and a JR yamanote line station 5 minutes away."

"Close to every thing and a lot of family friendly restaurants nearby. You can hear the train at night passing by but they only run til 12am and then start again at 5am so it wasn't too much of a nuisance. We were on the 10th floor so I am not sure if the other floors hear the train passing by. Just something to keep in mind if you choose this hotel. Otherwise, it is a very convenient location and we would definitely stay here again."
