When I accidentally left valuables and cash in the safe on checkout they immediately contacted me to return the items, working with me to hold them until I could make arrangements. The storage space under the bed was large, and I was glad to have personal space to lock them in. Staff were helpful and spoke English well enough to get me checked in. The lobby was a great place to eat and work in."
