"Feel like you are in a giant "factory" only geared towards hosting people to sleep for 1 night. Impersonal check-in on machines. Elevators are constantly too full. Rooms are small and oddly designed (beds on an uneven platform, a danger for anyone with slight mobility problems). Gym was extremely small (too small for an hotel of that size). Restaurant has a buffer which was a bit pricey and not so good in terms of quality but saved us from trying to find something fairly late at night. it was the most economical hotel so I guess you can ask for much more. However, there are better options for a little bit more money."

"Process for handling luggage storage between reservations was a joke. Relied on chat box to handle the request. Proposed that stored luggage would have to be picked up prior to me 2nd reservation check in at this hotel???? Hmmmm. Ai logic failed!!!!"

"Rooms were very small, and not the best in cleanliness. Staffs were overall ok with service. We lost a room card at checkout and they wanted $3000 yen, which it’s unacceptable, no one told us we needed to return both room keys. I mean no modern hotels needs guests to return room cards. "
