Conveniently located to many shops and attractions within around 15-30 min walk. Several train stations within 5-15 min walk. Quiet neighborhood. Great amenities including full kitchenware. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the size of the room worked for us. Washing machine in the room was also a nice bonus.

Absolutely loved this property. Room was exactly as advertised, location was great - close to stations, convenience stores and restaurants but far enough away that it was quiet. Front desk staff were super helpful and spoke good English. Helped us with room entry and forwarding of luggage and anything else we asked of them. Washer / dryer was a real benefit for us during our 5 night stay as it was very hot in Tokyo so clothes needed a freshen up!

Big room with ample space for 2 big checked bags and 2 carry ons. We didnt use the kitchen but it was good to have. Like others have said there are multiple locations of this chain so make sure you know which one is yours. Only reason for 4 stars is the laundry machine. While useful, it takes about 2.5+ hours to wash and dry a medium load. So keep that in mind as we didnt know and it delayed one of our days since we started the was in the morning. Other than that, id stay here again

Quiet, clean, and family friendly. Good location, nearby subway station with plenty of dining and shopping options. Nearby parks provide plenty of opportunities for leisure walk. Highly recommended.

In-room washer/dryer was the best, but does take a while. Super clean room and great amenities. Only downfall was thin walls/floors, so can hear footsteps all around. However, will definitely book this hotel brand again!

The room is clean and the staffs will go above and beyond to help. In my own opinion. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in a quiet and not so busy area, however, all the subway lines are in walkable distance. I will definitely stay there if I visit Tokyo again.

We found the deluxe family room for 5 to be a bit small, but well equipped and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, 10 minutes walk to popular Ameyoko market, and 3 train stations within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay for us.
