Bar/restaurant on13th floor stunning. The area around is not quaint & very congested/urban feeling, but within 5 minutes walk one is at Opera house & Munch museum, & in 20 at the Palace or Aker Brygge, or other gorgeous areas. It’s very central to every area. If you’re arriving at central station, it’s literally across the street. Can be loud at night from nightlife. But didn’t bother us. I preferred the more quaint areas around Sentrum, but the hotel
