Really nice hotel, lovey rooms with huge windows with great views (even if they are towards other buildings). Brilliant breakfast with a huge choice and nice restaurant. Only downside was how far it is to a bus stop and therefore central Oslo/anywhere to eat. Fine to walk to a bus/metro when it’s not raining but didn’t fancy it at night so got an Uber/Bolt (very easy). Staff all lovely and whole hotel well kept from what we saw.

Great stay

Good room, good breakfast. It's far from town and not many restaurants around, you'll have to walk for a bit. But if you stay for a concert or so, I'm sure it's great.

It's an amazing area for visiting Oslo since from Hersfyr station it's only 4 stops by train until Oslo central. Scandic Helsfyr is a formidable Hotel

Incredible stay!

Hotel was easy to get to from Helsfyr station and well located between popular Oslo attractions and the room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Staff were always helpful and answered any questions we had. And breakfast was absolutely phenomenal!

literaly they don't let you check in until 4 pm even if your room is ready because they want you to pay a fee to check in early. After a 10 hour flight I got there at 3:30 and I had to wait until 4pm to get my room. I never saw any people cleaning or vacuum or cleaning the place. The carpet was fillty. Breakfast was good, the person at the counter was very pleasant. They don't clean your room, after I requested the service for 5 days, I stayed there just one time they came to clean my room.

Room door was opened upon check in with mop sleeve on the hallway carpet. No change of room offered. Room was dirty and dusty upon entry. Door was unable to be unlocked and opened when returning to room. No accomodations were provided to us.

Nice hotel room, expensive parking

Hotel has a great location if you want to visit the soccer arena or visit downtown Oslo, its not very far from the city center, Short bike or scooter ride, walking is also possible. Parking is very limited and expensive, and even if I paid for parking through the app you still may get a ticket for unpaid parking. I would suggest you look for other parking spots nearby that is cheaper. Hotel has a basic gym, and breakfast started late, and I saw that they do breakfast to go when I left the hotel, but there was no info about it when checking in our in the hotel room, so we missed the opportunity. The hotel room itself is nice.

Habe nichts zu bemängeln. Nur etwas anzumerken. Die Parksituation ist extrem teuer. Egal ob in der Tiefgarage oder draussen, easypark verwaltet das alles und es sind 379NOK pro Tag oder 89NOK pro Stunde. Und ja das ist kein Tippfehler. Ob man 5 Stunden parkt oder 24h ist man bei über 32€. Sollte man nur wissen. Das Hotel die Lage Frühstück alles sehr gut.
