This was a great place to stay- the location was fantastic and check-in and check-out couldn't have been any easier. The room was spotless, and although small, it was perfect for our short stay. We really liked the fact that there was a kitchen area in the hotel which gave us options when it came to making something quick to eat. The amenities were good- all designed to make things as easy as possible. Will definitely stay here again.

Location is great! Nice and close to the station to get in and out of the city. Plenty of buses around too, however it’s also within walking distance to landmarks like the opera house and royal palace. Staff were super friendly, however you can go your entire stay without interacting with staff as my check in and check out were self service. I only dealt with staff as I had questions and they were very accommodating with me. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a nice hot shower and heated floors. My only gripe is my room was facing the street and the windows don’t seem block out the sound of cars driving over snow and ice which was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix
