"My stay in Connie’s 3rd floor Jamestown suite was fabulously amazing! She was very communicative and uber responsive prior to and during my stay. I was lucky that I was able to check in early. The 3rd floor itself was spotless, bedroom is larger than what the pictures show and bathroom has a large soaking tub/combo shower, I only wish I had stayed longer to soak in the tub. "This home is so comfortable for my family of 8 adults and 4 grandchildren. Plenty of space to get away from and spend time with each other. The heated pool is a plus -we all enjoyed it throughout the week. There are 2 beaches very easy to get to. Restaurants in Jamestown and Newport are wonderful! I would love to rent it again for next summer however we have a family wedding to plan! "They overbooked so they moved us to a lovely room in the main hotel - was really happy with the 'mistake' - they also left a nice bottle of wine 'comp which was a nice surprise. I want to compliment Isabel, behind the lobby desk. She was very helpful, and welcoming. All around a really nice stay."

"My husband and I came with 3 teens. The downstairs bed and bath area was perfect for them. LOVED that there were lots of extra towels, blankets, and pillows! House was very clean and close to everything we wanted to do while visiting RI. Lauren suggests the Rail Explorers which we all enjoyed and also texted additional local activity while we were there. Wonderful stay!"

"I took my daughter and her friend to Newport for a couple days to get away. I like the fact that this hotel had the beach right across the street and was close to the shopping in Newport. The hot tub wasn’t working on the rooftop deck, but that was fine. The elevator also was being repaired on day two of our stay and was out of commission until we left. We did get a text message asking if we would need help with our bags when we left which we didn’t need, but it was nice to know that it was an option if we did need it. I would definitely stay here again."
