"Helen’s place is great. The location is unbeatable. It is well stocked with all one needs for a confortable stay. The kitchen especially. It is clean. The noise from the street is not bad as there is not much traffic crossing that particularly street. The check in was easy. Helen is pro active and very responsive. I highly recommend! "

"This was the worst VRBO that we have ever stayed at. First, the owners are horrible with communication. Not only did I try multiple times to contact them, VRBO did as well with no response. Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description. While the pictures make the apartment look nice, it was far from it. The bathroom had no heat blowing in it and the walls were ice...

"This is not a one bedroom. It is a studio apartment. When I pointed out the obvious, the response was that it is the size of a one bedroom. Was very unhappy with the false advertising and the extremely small space. Would not stay here again - even with the future discount they gave me."

"A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor."
