Was pleasantly surprised by the property. More than we expected when we booked. Great facilities, Comfy bed and easy access. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The only downside, and I mean the ONLY downside is the in room fridge was not cold and when we had maintenance up to check it they said thats how all the in room fridges are and its as cold as they get to prevent any chance of freezing.

I would like to thank Morgan for his help during our stay. He has worked with the Nobleden hotel since its construction eleven years ago and his assistance was above and beyond all expectations. We liked the location of the hotel and our room was spacious however lacking in storage for our belongings. There was coffee & tea supplied in the lobby area and also croissants but it would have been more convenient to have had coffee making facilities in the room. There are lots of eateries close by...

The hotel is situated in heart of New York Times Square. The lobby has grand appearance with winding stairs leading to rock star studded wall in the restaurant. We were bit short on time to enjoy the restaurant, but it is worth spending some time even just to have a cup of coffee. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Recently stayed at MADE on a girls getaway and we could not have been happier with our visit. Great location in that it was far enough away from the more touristy parts of town, but close and central to everything we wanted to explore. Lovely inclusions like coffee each morning and happy hour in the evening, the lobby bar was always great for a bite to eat or cheeky drink, and while we didn’t make it up to their rooftop bar (we visited in winter) we heard that was lovely too. Lovely hotel, great location

Excellent hotel to stay in while exploring New York. Staff were lovely. Great location near Times Square and Bryant Park. Stayed with my two teenage daughters and we loved it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
