Unique accommodation of high standard with private pool, 10 TV, BBQ, Wifi, Airco

House of 600 m2 with luxury rooms, private pool and common spaces. On the ground floor you will find a large professional kitchen, a second kitchen with BB Q, several lounges, the private pool with loungers & bar, 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms (1 with a Jacuzzi). On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. We are located on the outskirts of the well known village of Jalon. You will enjoy a lot of privacy & tranquility. Walking distance to many restaurants & bars, bike rentals, markets, vineyards. town hall We also offer private parking. We are only 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from the highway. 50 minutes from the airport Alicante.

Equipment: 12 independent splits air conditioning and heating (in all rooms) available 24 hours (included) and 1 fireplaces. 2 barbecues (with bag including coal) and wood oven. Swimming pool with colored lights and remote control (11 positions) and shower with hot and cold water. Jacuzzi with colored lights and music. Hydromassage cabin. 3 baths & 4 showers. Latex mattresses and memory foam, with canapés to store suitcases. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV, plus a large Sony 60 "3D HD in the lounge area, 2DVD (with over 100 great movies), international music channels, Internet ADSL wifi, books, games, etc. 2 equipped kitchens: 2 fridges , 2 freezers, induction hob and gas, 2 microwaves, dishwasher, 4 coffee (manual ground coffee, electric drip, Nespresso and Dolce taste), toaster, blender, kettle, juicer, and much more.
