The living room looks out to the private balcony and to the dazzling views.

The condo comes with cable and wi-fi throughout. The living room has a big screen TV, and both bedrooms have a TV. Come spend a few days or a few months during the winter.

You are located in a prime position. Steps from the pool, steps from the sand. No elevators or stairs needed. Every activity is right outside your door. The patio is comfortably furnished so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views, watch the kids at the pool, or simply sit and relax. A maximum of one vehicle is permitted to park on the Amelia by the Sea premises. Vehicle must display a parking pass in the dashboard in order to avoid towing. Parking pass will be provided upon check-in. A second parking pass may be available based on occupancy but is not guaranteed.
