We enjoyed our stay. It is basically nice. Walmart, Ross and ER care and pharmacies nearby. The property was undergoing renovations downstairs. The pool looked okay but not pristine. The breakfast is very good but you have to pay for the upgrade to have breakfast. There is a bar in the lobby. Parking is a free aminity.

This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service. We stayed to have breakfast at the hotel and Gabe that works by the food counter was amazing. Nice, great customer service and we witnessed how very patient he was with one of your older guests. We really can’t wait to come back I think we found our go to hotel next time we come to Jacksonville.

We really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience overall. We cannot comment on the breakfast since we were not available during those hours. The area is quiet and peaceful, with very little noise, which we truly appreciated. There are also gas stations and grocery stores nearby, and the parking area is spacious and convenient. The only issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived, we found some nail clippings near the air conditioning unit/window area, which was unpleasant. We believe paying closer attention to details like this would make the guest experience even better. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider returning if we visit Jacksonville again.
