"We will definitely stay here again, room was a little cold but we didn’t go and ask anyone to change anything, the only gripe i would have is paying to park, only £6 I know but to shop the parking is free at the centre but had to park to stay at hotel."

"Unnecessary and ineffective electronic check in systems near pointless, helpfully a member of staff appears like Mr Ben, so very helpful indeed, but why the nonsense in the first place? Ditto on exit, need a human to get the invoice. Noisy overnight, many emergency vehicle sirens at different points. Food ok but expensive £8.50 for a portion of onion rings. Room sparse but comfy, all round average"

"The reception staf was helpful but not very polite. Room was nice but was cold in the morning as heating was switched off.. Id rather have no heating in the evening under the blanket then to wake up into a cold room. "

"Good communal area for children and staff were pleasant. However there was a very strong unpleasant smell thoughout the hotel and in the rooms. There was also large stains on the carpet in the hallways which were wet - we assume they had been recently cleaned. Breakfast was ok - however they had ran out off pastries when we attended at 9.30. Overall unlikely to stay again due to cleanliness/smell. "
