"Property is under construction so we were woken up by hammering. My room was completely open when I arrived my kids were woken up early due to hammering and drilling "

"We booked for 2 nights but checked out early. We could not sleep because of the train. Heard it all night! The room smelled old. Would not recommend it."

"Great location for your stay and very close to Legoland. Beds were very comfy and the soap smelled nice. The breakfast was so so but for the amount of people they had to feed they did their best. "

"The staff around the resort were not particularly welcoming or attentive. While the room appeared generally clean, the floors felt sticky, which detracted from the overall comfort. Parking was convenient and easy to access, which was a positive aspect of the stay. Unfortunately, the poolside bar closed earlier than expected without prior notice. Additionally, the towel machine was out of service, and it took approximately 30 minutes for maintenance to address the issue. During this time, staff responses to guest inquiries were dismissive and lacked professionalism."

"The gym was under construction, and the pool wasn’t open yet this year. The rooms were extremely nice. The restaurants were good and the hotel was very clean."

"It looks good from the street, but… lots of late night activity happening, stinky bathrooms (I switched rooms), and overall sleaziness. Might not even be worth the low price "
