"It has all the amenities you need but is about as welcoming as an airport. Kiosks, QR codes and screens for everything. I had to fiddle with the TV to find the home page for wifi password (which could have been printed on my check in ticket) but at 9:45am the next day the TV immediately turned on to remind me check out is at 10am and I would be charged if I stayed longer. The bed clearly hasn't had the mattress rotated as it was lopsided and the bathroom has no where to place a toiletry bag -...

"This hotel is definitely dated inside which might explain why many comments suggest the hotel will be going away in 2025 but the location is absolutely perfect. It is connected right at the train station and beside the mall. Day trips to Kyoto, Nara, Universal, etc couldn't be any easier. If you are only staying here to sleep and exploring the rest of the day I couldn't recommend it more"

"Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "
